Our Venue

House of R is the region’s premiere event experience venue, housed in a chic industrial space at Omaha’s original small town in the city, Countryside Village.  

Whatever the occasion, our open space design provides the perfect backdrop to any event creating a unique eventscape for each experience.

House of R can accommodate up to 60 guests and is fully equipped with a catering kitchen, audio visual equipment and a full array of furniture, décor and props. Combining passion for creating immersive experiences with expertise in storytelling, packages are carefully crafted to ensure celebrations are unforgettable. From enchanting dinner parties to kids dance parties, House of R’s design team remains on the cutting-edge in decor, catering and entertainment trends.

Our Process

Whatever you may be celebrating, our event team will help you choose an experience package that is perfect for you and your guests.

Reservations should be made within 1-2 months of your desired event date, however if you are looking into a particular date and it’s open, you are more than welcome to reserve it! Please keep in mind rush fees may apply with last minute bookings. Depending on selected package, upgrades and guest count, events may qualify as "last minute bookings" if booked within two weeks of event date. We require a 50% deposit at time of booking and remaining balance 14 days prior to event.

  • Time of day

  • Guest count

  • Dinner (sit down or food stations) - any allergies?

  • Full or limited bar service cocktails (adult packages only)

  • A little bit about the guest of honor!

  • What part of the event is most important to you?

  • Special requests?

Once you have selected an experience you can be as hands off as you want or you can help tailor your event by choosing from a variety of choices, such as invitations, dinner selections, music and floral.

We also offer an extensive upgrade menu including live musicians, performers, photography and more.

After we have all pertinent details from you and your event is confirmed, we will create, organize, and provide everything needed for all details and services in your package. We may be in touch via email with some questions regarding event preferences, but other than the occasional response, you're free to sit back and relax! Like we said, you provide the guest list...we’ll take care of the rest!
